eStatements are getting an upgrade
We will soon eliminate the extra sign-on required to access eStatements. Beginning January 2012, you'll access eStatements through our Online Banking system. If you are already an online banking user, just log in and click on the eStatements tab to view. If you currently are not signed up for eStatements, you may do so at the same tab.
Statements get a new design
Whether you use eStatements or the old-fashioned paper statements, look for the new design beginning in January.

Information Security Brochure
The next time you are in one of our offices, ask for our new Information Security brochure. It's filled with guidelines to help you keep your information safe, especially while online.
We have suggestions for you including ATM security, Internet security, surfing social media, email, and suggestions regarding credit reports.
There's a great deal of information in the brochure. You can also visit the security section of our website, nsbonline.com. There you'll also find links to staysafeonline.org and the Federal Government's FTC site. These are both good places to visit from time to time for an update on keeping your information safe.

NSBCare - Helping Those in Need
This holiday season the Bank's NSBCare Program has provided financial, material and volunteer support to local agencies that serve those in need. In addition to our ongoing United Way participation, the Bank recently contributed a total of $14,000 to social service agencies in each of our nine branch towns. Many employees have also been busy serving the area's homeless population by participating in Danbury's Project Homeless Connect, and by feeding the hungry at the Dorothy Day House and the Bridgeport Rescue Mission.
