Changing your mailing address.
Many people don't know that we cannot accept instructions from the Post Office regarding your change of address. Completing a change of address form with the Post Office will not change your mailing address with us. Fortunately it is easy to change your address using any of the four methods below.
Mobile App - Go to Support then Start a Conversation. Our Conversations are secure. You can tell us your new address and when the address is going into effect. We will update accordingly and confirm within the same Conversation.
Online Banking - Click the Start a Conversation symbol.
