Moving - Changing your mailing address.
Many people don't know that we cannot accept instructions from the Post Office regarding your change of address. Completing a change of address form with the Post Office will not change your mailing address with us. Fortunately it is easy to change your address using any of the three methods below.
- If you have online banking with us, you can notify us of your change of address now by logging into your account. (Not available on our mobile app).
- Call our Customer Service Center - 800.461.0672.
- Visit any one of our branch locations.
Instructions to notify us using Online Banking.
Login to your online Banking.
After you are logged in, click Contact Us (top right).
Select "New" for a new secure message.
Type your message. Be sure to include when your address will change and let us know if the change is for all of your accounts with us. If your mailing address has already changed, select High for Urgency, otherwise, Low is fine.
