He is a current member of the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Bridgeport Regional Business Council. Jim  received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Keene State College and currently resides in Trumbull.

With a diverse lending background and over 45 years experience, Mark leads the New Haven Regional Lending Center team to develop new business throughout the greater New Haven region. He currently serves as President and Chairman of the Community Investment Corporation, Chairman of the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Council, and as a director of the Hamden/New Haven YMCA and the Hamden Education Foundation. Mark, a resident of Hamden, graduated from University of Chicago School of Banking and is a past recipient of the Good Scout award (2013) and Small Businessperson of the Year award (2011).

Rick joined the bank in August of 2017 and brings over 44 years of banking experience. He is the Treasurer for The Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce and has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 2000. He has also been a member of the Amity Club of New Haven since 2002. Rick received his Bachelors from Southern Connecticut State University and his MBA from the University of New Haven and currently resides in North Haven.

He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Connecticut State University, and graduated from the Connecticut Bankers Association's Connecticut School of Finance and Management. Vinny received the New Leaders in Banking award in 2016 and currently resides in Danbury.

With over 25 years of commercial lending experience, Margot joined the Bank in 2000 and specializes in construction financing. She is a graduate from Western Connecticut State University and New England School of Banking. Margot is an active member of the Tribury Chamber of Commerce. She is a resident of Woodbury and volunteers with the Woodbury Junior Women's Club.

Whit has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and he joined the Bank in 2015. He specializes in commercial real estate, small business lending, and franchise financing. A lifelong Fairfield County resident, Whit received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Johns Hopkins University. He currently serves as Treasurer for the McGivney Community Center in Bridgeport, and previously served on the Resource Development Committee of the United Way of Western Connecticut.
